1. Installation guidance: Provide remote or on-site installation guidance to help customers install off-grid solar systems correctly and ensure that the system can operate normally.
2. Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting: During the operation of the system, if the customer encounters equipment failure or other problems, we will provide technical support and maintenance services to solve the problem as soon as possible and restore the normal operation of the system.
3. Remote monitoring and maintenance: Through the remote monitoring system, we can monitor the performance of the customer's off-grid solar system in real time, discover and solve potential problems in a timely manner, and ensure the stable operation of the system.
4. After-sales training: Provide customers with training on the use, maintenance and management of off-grid solar systems to help customers better understand the key points of system operation and maintenance.
5. Parts supply: If customers need to replace parts of the off-grid solar system or increase system capacity, we will provide corresponding parts supply and technical support.
6. After-sales consultation and support: Provide customers with after-sales consultation and support services, answer their questions about system operation, maintenance and upgrades, and ensure that customers have a clear understanding of off-grid solar systems.
